Taekwondo

From Tiny Ninjas (ages 3–4) to competitive Black Belt training. Our flagship program builds character, confidence and athletic excellence.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Connection. Base. Timing.

Ground-based martial art focusing on leverage and technique over strength. Walk-ins welcome at $20/class. Contact us for full session pricing.

Boxing

Strength. Endurance. Confidence.

Full-body conditioning that builds strength, burns fat, and sharpens mental focus. Classes for children, teens, and adults.

Weapons Training

Focus. Precision. Discipline.

Traditional martial arts weapons training including bo staff, nunchaku, and sword. Develops focus, coordination, and respect for the art.

We believe every child deserves the opportunity to train. Several funding programs are available to help families.

KidSport Canada

Something Different

BIRTHDAY PARTY RENTALS

Book our facility for an unforgettable birthday party! 2 hours with a Master Instructor, basic Taekwondo training, games, flying kicks, and board breaking. Up to 20 kids. $150 — Saturdays or Sunday mornings.
